Grateful

From one of our Tutors, Ho:

One of the greatest joys of teaching is seeing learners at STF bring their passions into the classroom.

Recently, I was reminded of that in the most delicious way!

A learner of mine, who is both a passionate English learner and a talented chef, surprised me with a big lunch box of homemade Biryani.

Moments like these remind me that teaching is more than just lessons and textbooks. It’s about connection, encouragement, and celebrating each other’s strengths.

I might be helping learners with English, but they’re teaching me just as much—about generosity, culture, and, of course, great food!

Grateful for the journey, every learner at STF, and the Biryani.
