📢 An update on our services

Firstly, we want to say a huge thank you to everyone who continues to support and engage with St Francis Employability.

We are currently experiencing an exceptionally high level of demand across many of our services and are receiving a significant number of referrals every day.

Volunteering

We currently have 130 active volunteers on our books and are incredibly grateful that so many people want to give their time and skills to support our community.

However, to ensure we can properly support existing volunteers and work through our current waiting list, we have temporarily paused new volunteering opportunities.

We know this may be disappointing, especially for those keen to get involved, but this pause will help us manage demand effectively and provide a positive experience for everyone.

ESOL (English Language) Classes

We are also experiencing very high demand for our ESOL lessons and currently have a substantial waiting list. Whilst we continue to receive new referrals every day, there may be delays before we are able to offer a place.

Please bear with us and be patient – we haven't forgotten about you. We are working hard to support as many people as possible and will contact you as soon as a space becomes available.

Whilst you are waiting, we encourage you to visit us and take part in our other activities and community sessions. There are lots of ways to get involved, meet people and access support, and we would love to welcome you.
