Following our previous post regarding Employer Engagement and as part of our ongoing work to break down barriers to employment, Lloyd's Banking Group attended St Francis Employability to speak with our clients about the routes into the banking sector, the skills and experience needed for specific roles, and also some advice for our clients on how to ace applications and interviews.
