A little appreciation, a big reminder of why we do what we do!

Today I received a lovely little appreciation gift and a handwritten thank-you note from one of our clients, and it genuinely made my day!

We recently supported this client with preparation for two different job interviews, and I’m absolutely delighted to share that both interviews were successful, resulting in TWO job offers!

Moments like this are incredibly rewarding. At St Francis Employability, we do so much more than support people with CVs and job applications. We encourage, motivate, build confidence and help individuals recognise their own potential.

As a team, we always strive to provide the best possible support to every person who walks through our doors. Seeing that support turn into real opportunities, and knowing that our work makes a difference in someone's life, is the greatest reward.

The thoughtful gift was a wonderful surprise, but seeing our clients succeed is what makes this work so special.
