Building futures in Coventry with The Hill Group

A huge thank you to Sophie from The Hill Group for visiting St Francis Employability last week and delivering such an engaging and informative employer session!

It was fantastic to see such a great turnout and genuine interest in the opportunities available within the construction industry.

Our participants gained valuable insights into The Hill Group, its projects, career pathways, entry requirements, CSCS cards and interview preparation, alongside practical advice on taking their first steps into the sector.

The session also highlighted exciting training and employment opportunities, helping participants understand how they can turn their interest in construction into a potential career.

Creating direct connections between employers and jobseekers is at the heart of what we do at St Francis Employability, and today was a great example of the value these partnerships bring to our community.

Thank you again to Sophie and The Hill Group for sharing your time and expertise. We look forward to working together again!
