Make a Difference – Become a Trustee at St Francis Employability

Looking for a way to give back and make a real impact in your community? Join the Board of St Francis Employability and help shape a charity dedicated to supporting people facing barriers to employment, including poverty, and migration-related challenges.

As a trustee, you’ll play a key role in guiding the charity’s strategy, ensuring good governance, and helping us grow our impact. You don’t need previous trustee

experience - just enthusiasm, commitment, and a willingness to contribute your skills. We’re especially keen to hear from people with experience in finance, HR, legal, fundraising, or compliance, and lived experience is very welcome too.

This is a voluntary role, with approximately six meetings a year. We provide training, support, and opportunities to develop your skills while making a meaningful difference. Being a trustee is a chance to give back, help shape services, and be part of a values-led, inclusive organisation.
