Risk Assessment Practice

During our Coventry Project, which forms an integral part of the practical component of their Employability course, participants engaged in a risk assessment exercise. This activity allowed them to identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively. In this collaborative task, the clients worked in teams to prepare pancakes, an activity that not only tested their culinary skills but also their ability to work cohesively under pressure.

Once the pancakes were prepared, the St Francis Employability staff conducted a review of the final products (we got to eat the Pancakes!!!)
