During our Coventry Project, which forms an integral part of the practical component of their Employability course, participants engaged in a risk assessment exercise. This activity allowed them to identify potential hazards and implement strategies to mitigate these risks effectively. Once the pancakes were prepared, the St Francis Employability staff conducted a review of the final products (we got to eat the Pancakes!!!)
