We were spoiled today buy our fantastic kitchen volunteers who made a variety of pancakes for the community and our staff team, creating lots of unique shapes along the way including David's fidget spinner pancake. Keeping Our Community Warm This Winter ❄️
Winter can be incredibly challenging, particularly for people facing financial hardship, health issues, or insecure housing. Card writing and mailing.
We learned how to write and send a card through the post! The students practiced writing an address and preparing their cards for mailing. We made the experience feel real inside the classroom — using actual cards, a post office box, and even having one student act as the postman. Coventry Building Society Gives STFE Clients a Matchday to Remember!
Thanks to the generosity of Coventry Building Society, a group of our St Francis Employability (STFE) clients had the chance to experience something truly special: an exciting afternoon at a Coventry City FC home match, against Charlton. For many of our clients - who are rebuilding their confidence, finding their feet in a new country, or working hard to re-enter employment - this wasn’t “just a football game.” It was a rare moment of joy, belonging, and community connection.
